What I need is to cancel AtInplayKeepBets wnhen football LiveScore data feed is   not   available.

If there is no StartCriteria (i.e. MatchTime = 'N/A', Score = '-', etc.) to start a FootballBot   only  when football LiveScore data feed is   not   available, the only solution I see is to start a FootballBot when LiveScore data feed   is  available, for its placed bet to be matched and set another bot (i.e. CancelBotsOnSelection) to cancel my other AtInPlayKeepBets, using HaveMatchedBets = 'False' as EntryCriteria.

Please let me know if you have any other better solution to cancel AtInPlayKeepBets   only   when football LiveScore data feed is not available.

    Thank you

But when LiveScore data feed is not available for a particular match, FootballBot doesn't accept any of these as a StartCriteria:

      • LiveScore data not available: HasLiveScoreFeedData == false
      • MatchTime not available: MatchTime == "" or MatchTime == "N/A" or MatchTime == "-" (depending on how the unavailable MatchTime is represented)

    From Chat GPT:

"To start a bot only when LiveScore data and MatchTime are not available for a football match in the BF Explorer, you can use a combination of conditions and triggers. Here's an example of how you can set it up:

    1. Open the BF Explorer and navigate to the bot you want to configure or create a new bot.

    2. In the Start Criteria section, set the conditions to check for the availability of LiveScore data and MatchTime. For example, you can set the conditions as follows:

      • LiveScore data not available: HasLiveScoreFeedData == false
      • MatchTime not available: MatchTime == "" or MatchTime == "N/A" or MatchTime == "-" (depending on how the unavailable MatchTime is represented)
    3. In the Execute Trigger section, add a new trigger.

    4. Set the trigger type to "Start" or "Activate" to start the bot.

    5. Save the bot and run it.

By setting these conditions, the bot will only start when both LiveScore data and MatchTime are not available for the specified football match. This way, the bot will not be activated if the required data is missing.

It's important to note that the availability and representation of LiveScore data and MatchTime can vary depending on the data source and how it's integrated with the BF Explorer. Make sure to check the specific data source and adjust the conditions accordingly to accurately detect the unavailability of LiveScore data and MatchTime.

Additionally, if the BF Explorer doesn't provide built-in support for checking the availability of LiveScore data and MatchTime, you may need to explore external APIs or custom integrations to retrieve this information and incorporate it into your bot's logic."

Stefan was right ! One week later and all LiveScores seem to be working fine again. Sorry for raising up this issue.

Your software is very good, has some unique features and has been profitable while LiveScores for all important matches work fine. Is good to know that you believe Betfair will return LiveScores coverage and that you really care about this Betfair problem and your paying subscribers. Thank you very much for all your attention.

This is not BFExplorer fault. It's Betfair that is not providing LiveScores for the main matches and is only providing LiveScores for very few lower division matches from some almost unheard countries. If this problem persists, football bots won't work on almost 90% of all matches and almost 100% of all the most important matches, unless BFExplorer starts using another LiveScores feed other than Betfair's.

    Earlier you said:

"All live score data used by betfair are provided by third parties as well, so if score does not work, you must blame data provider not my app or betfair."

    This is trully disappointing.

So please check now, because it's still not working for me and for everyone else, so it's not "my problem".

That seems a very good tool for football trading. Wouldn't it be possible to include/use some of these parameters on a Football Bot ? Or at least the Red Cards information that can change the whole course of a match ?

Please understand that this discussion was (and still is) about on how to reduce Betfair data reading calls to prevent further API delays. Thank you

Ok. And if I use Strategy/Bot Executor with same Update Interval set to 10 seconds with a BeTheFirstInQueue bot with its ChaseOddsTimeout set to 00:00:01.5000000 will it also update the BeTheFirstInQueue bet placing each 00:00:01.5000000 and not each 10 seconds ? Thank you very much for all your time and patience.

Thank you very much for your short video. But what I really need to know is if, in "Strategy/Bot Executor", a bet also needs to wait those same 10 seconds Update Interval to be placed after a goal is scored (plus the regular Betfair "countdown" for live matches) or if those 10 seconds refers only to market data readings and bet placing on "Strategy/Bot Executor" is immediate (plus the regular Betfair "countdown" for live matches).

Ok, let's just forget the Betfair bet placing countdowns in Live matches. But if instead of BeTheFirstInQueue, I use a FillorKill or PlaceBet bot (with no delay set on the bot) and Strategy/Bot Executor Udate Interval set to 10 seconds, will it take also 10 seconds for that bet to be placed after 1-0 is scored ? What I really need to know is if Strategy/Bot Executor Update Intervals also delays bet placing or only refers to Betfair data readings. Thank you

They never mentioned my bets. Off course they have all my bets, both matched and unmatched, registered on my account. Even I can see it all.

What they've asked is why BFExplorer makes so many data readings on my account:

"On review of your account, you have been found to have made over xxx million requests to the exchange in the last 3 months using the BFExplorer API. This amount of reading activity must be reduced if you would like the market data delay to be removed from your account."

That is exactly what I need to know to prevent any further delays on my API readings.

I ALWAYS place, at least, 3 bets on EVERY market I ever open and I have paid, so far, more than 8,000€ in total Betfair charges. So that isn't a valid argument or criteria for these API delays related to BFExplorer software data readings and it would be extremely useful if you could do everyone the outmost favour to answer all questions posted here with a simple "yes" or "no" to avoid any more future API delayed accounts due, exclusively, to BFExplorer amount of data readings.
