Is there any way to monitor how many data readings are being made to Betfair ?

I have also received that same message from Betfair but I have two very important questions:
- If I have "Update interval" set to 1 second on "Order/Bet Executer" and "Monitor passive markets" on "Aplication Settings" set to "NO", will the software make any calls to Betfair when all markets on "Order/Bot Executor" are "Passive" and there are no "Active" Markets ?
- If I have "Active market (ms)" set to 600 on "Aplicatrion Settings" and "update interval (s)" set to 1 on "Order/Bot Executor", will the software make readings on Betfair API every 600ms or 1 second ?

Thank you very much for your prompt response. Off course you'd do nothing to lose subscribers and I value all your support work and efforts. I have no Russian account and use my account for normal trading pretty much the same way for the last 4 years, I have done nothing different over the last few days and therefore need no personal commercial license as I never used my account for any commercial purpose. I will send a new message to developer.betfair.com support to try to retrieve any further information in order to solve this problem and post it here for all other users.

I haven't receive any message from Betfair so far. As described, I was the one that contacted yesterday Betfair via live chat and they guaranteed that my account had NO restrictions. I even specified and asked them if they could also guarantee that my account had NO API restrictions, which they also confirmed. I have also sent a message to Developers department, but they say third party software users should contact third party software support. This is what am I trying to do and ask you to please give us a more direct contact on Betfair where this problem could be solved.

Is this override temporary ? How can it be lifted ?

I have funds in my account, last time I had zero balance was 4 years ago when I first opened my account, I have never been more than a week without placing any bets and my last bets were placed last friday morning before this first happened with my software. I have contacted Betfair and they guaranteed I have no restrictions on my account and for any further details regarding this issue, I should contact my third party trading software support which originated this issue.

Football livescores start working again this morning. I blamed nobody. Just stated what happened tonight.

I also have got no match data on My Tools » "Football Score" window. It surely must be that the reason. How may I get that live data again for the football bots to start ?

I have just sent you my Bfexplorer version by email. Yes, it can have something to do with the match data. I can't see any match times or scores on the output as it used to show But so, why it always worked so well until yesterday afternoon ? Please test it, so we may find out whwt really happened. Thank you very much for your quick response. I didn't update my software. I'm still using the same version. All football bots worked perfectly fine with my software version until yesterday afternoon. Please let me send you the software version file I'm using and please test a football bot to help me find out why they stopped working yesterday afternnoon. Thank you once again for everything.

I'm using a previous version of your software from FEB 2018. All my bots were made for that version and don't work on later versions. All worked very well until around 17h00 this afternoon. I've checked at 15h00 and all was working perfectly fine. Now all my football bots won't start at a given match time. On later versions there's any problem as football bots start perfectly fine, but I just cannot rebuild all my bots on a later version of your software because I've got more than 800 bots to rebuild. Please help me out and review what changes were made today that unabled this version from FEB 2018 to work as it did until this afternoon. Thank you very much for all your support.
