Hi Stefan:

Is possible in the ladder, place lay at odd back (reverse)? I'm more used to working with the "reverse"

What is the advantage of reversed ladder? I would say none.

I guess the only advantage is the custom. I think with the reverse is easier strategy "scratch trading". But I am practicing with your software, ladder B / L, and gradually I've improved.
